Diagnoses: Long story short, yes, I have been suffering from heat exhaustion, but also from a classic case of malnutrition, too, which is a deadly combo, the doctor said. He also mentioned that my alcoholic consumption in the past month could very well be affecting this, in a negative way. Doctor said I was lucky, because some of the symptoms I was incurring could have very well led to heat stroke, and could very well have killed me had I not paid attention to it.Treatment: He understood that I have school as a priority, but also suggested I leave before my already allotted time, so I can take breaks, and bring some sort of salty drinks with me at all times, and also a small snack to have during these breaks to keep my energy up. He also mentioned trying to round out my eating schedule, too - like... breakfast/lunch/dinner kind of deal? So that was my energy levels are always nominal. I think the emphasis here was on the breaks, really; so I can sit down and replenish. He said if I follow those steps, I should do okay, and that if there's any more problems, to take myself to a hospital and get myself treated. Now that I'm feeling better about myself, I'm going to have myself a cold shower and go make myself a lunch proper.
